You can book an appointment online through the "Book Now" button. This will then take you to an external platform "Faces" where you can make your booking.

Please note that Élevé Aesthetics is not responsible for any technical issues that may occur on the Faces website. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and the full treatment amount may be charged.

Certain treatments require an allergy test at least 48 hours before your appointment. This ensures your safety and compliance with health regulations. If a patch test is required, it will be arranged before your treatment by one of the Élevé team members.

Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or have certain medical conditions. Please disclose any relevant medical history during your consultation so we can advise on the best options for you.

A short grace period is allowed depending on the treatment type. If there is enough time, we will proceed with a modified treatment, but the full amount will still be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, it may be considered a missed appointment, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Élevé Aesthetics is located at Chocolate Hair & Beauty, 185 Woodland Road, Stanton, Burton-on-Trent, DE15 9SU. Parking is available on and near the premises; however, spaces may be limited. Please allow extra time to find parking if needed. Parking is at your own risk, and Élevé Aesthetics is not responsible for any damage, accidents, or loss incurred while parked.
